CUSTOM CAKES POLICY

Is important to complete the form with all the information required.
In order to proceed to start your order the invoice should be paid, for purchases more than $300, the invoice will be set with deposit (50%) payable the date when the invoice is received and the balance three days prior the event.
If the balance was not paid on due date, the amount will be charged to the credit card.
For last minute cake orders 100% will be charged.
The deposit is non-refundable, in case of the order is cancelled, the deposit will be used as a credit for any other product during one year.
If the order was paid in full, the order cancellations must be made 6 days before the due date and only 50% of the total amount will be refundable.

VERY IMPORTANT TO ALL OUR VALUABLE CUSTOMERS

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the product due to decorating style, color shade or general decoration design, you should notify to us immediately to find the best solution (considering the time, distance and reason) .

Most of the time the customers brings an image of another cake to be copied, for copied rights and for

professional reason we make attempt to provide a similar design, custom cakes are a work of art. It may not be

possible to match an exact shade of a color, but we will come as close as possible. because we are not able to

offer refunds when is baked and decorated. This product is made with high quality ingredients and is made one

by one under the each customer needs, is time, materials, investment and people that make us not be able to

offer to refund.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the cake flavor or texture due after cake has been accepted, the product should be back to us within 24 hours to determine our standards. Better Cakes Miami may consider a full store credit, Please note, that we do taste our cakes daily to insure the highest quality products, our cakes are baked from scratch with natural ingredients.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the product and is not choice to make any arrangement to fix the cake, we should be notified immediately and we will be picking up within 24 hours and should be returned in the same condition as was received. In case of the inconvenience is under Better Cakes Miami responsibility, you will receive 50% reimbursement on your credit card in the next 5 business days, if not was under our responsibility, we could honored the net amount as a credit for 90 days.

In the unlikely event that Better Cakes Miami is unable to complete your order due to personal circumstances, we will offer you a full refund.

In the unlikely event Better Cakes Miami is unable to stay open and/or produce cakes within your cake order date for mayors reasons (by law enforcement), the full amount will be saved as a store credit and will be able to use within 6 months.
We are not responsible for damage after delivery
